They also happen to be free of any gluten or dairy ingredients, so they’re great if you have any allergies! Let’s get started on making some delicious healthy chocolate chip muffins.

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 cup of oats, 1 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add 3⁄4 cups of sugar and mix it in. Then add 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 1⁄2 cup milk and an egg. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally add 6 oz/170 g dark chocolate chips or raisins or walnuts if you prefer! Cook it at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top. You can put some melted butter on top when it’s done to make them even tastier! This will give you 12 healthy chocolate chip muffins.
